Buy it. The price is so low you can't get hurt. If you wait much longer,
someone else is going to snatch it up.
Then take it to a recommended mechanic who understands that you simply
want to have it diagnosed as to it's condition, and whether or not it's
worth putting some $$ into. If it's not, advertise it for sale on this
list, and it will soon vacate your driveway.
