Not difficult at all once you remove the spare tire and associated parts. 2 brackets hold up the bottom. Top end has a pointy part that fits into rubber grommet above. The '82 diesel radiator is unique in that it uses 2 separate thermoswitches to operate the fan. This makes your radiator more difficult to find and more expensive than the '83 and later models. It may be worth converting to the newer style. Mike Snow
