I don't know if this will be helpful or not. Insurance policies etc. will
vary between US states/ Canadian provinces but the reason I didn't go with
State Farm is the would not give me a "19A" rider on my policy. In Ontario,
a 19A rider guarantees replacement value based on an third party appraisal.
