Hi, In looking at the Bentley it looks as though the Aux Air Valve is controlled by a Metallic Switch that either opens or closes as it heats up. What I am wondering is, does the power to the aux air valve heat the switch (working something like a choke heating element on a old beetle) and that somehow closes off the aux air valve? Or does the engine block heat the switch to close it and the power is then supplied to a solenoid that then closes the aux air valve? Mark Ingalls 85 GL Nebraska
