This was happening to me intermittently, with other symptoms as well; little unexpected hesitations, flooding symptoms at starting ... ended up replacing my AFM and OX sensor, still had problem. Replaced Temp2 sensor - fixed me up. My theory is this; the engine didn't know if it was hot or cold, so it was adjusting the air/fuel mixture erratically.
