       Got a Coleman Plate Cat recently and yes it does use up a whole
cylinder of propane in an eight hour sleep.  You got's to sleep less or turn
the thing off for part of the night, your choice !  Sure keeps the van nice
and toasty though.  It was about $50 USD at the BigK in Hyenas, MA, when we
bought it during our trip up Cape Cod when we were done that way for the
LiMBO CoCC camp out.
