I'm gradually getting one. At the time I was turning knobs on the receivers until I couldn't do it any more, then reading until I couldn't do it any more, then back to the receivers, with a few hours sleep from time to time. Pretty useless, but it beat suicide...

...things have looked up considerable since, though there are a few rough spots still. I got the Vanagon just about the time I quit having (internal forces, not external) to live in my Corolla for a few days from time to time. Ironic...I guess being hideously uncomfortable was part of the deal.

For those of you to whom this makes no sense at all, be grateful.
