Mr Schwenk, What the hell do you have against me and my business Steve? It seems that everything thing that I sell or produce you have to criticize and put it down. Every chance you get you bad mouth my Syncro springs even thought they are the same specs as the springs that you sell. You have told many people that all I sell is garbage and not to buy anything from me. Personally I am getting a little tired of your childish attitude. If you have a problem with me or a problem with a product or service that I sold you in the past - please tell ME about it and I will solve the problem for you - plain and simple - no questions asked. It's a pretty simple concept Steve.

I generally let comments about vendors (good and bad) fall off into the Ethernet, as I know we all have our moments. I don't like getting involved in conflicts in a public forum, as it is always a no win situation for all parties involved. It seems that the OPINION of one person on the list outweighs the EXPERIENCES of ten people on this list. I'm not interested in getting into a pricing war or into an email flame fest - this is not how I do business nor is it how I expect anyone else to conduct business. To me business is not solely based on price it is based on service. Personally I am always willing to pay more for a product when there is good service behind it. I am very sure that most people think that way too. Like I have said before Steve, if you have a problem with me, my products or my services tell me about it and I will help you. If do not have any problems with me then what IS your problem? I would be more than happy to discuss it over private email or on the telephone where a conversation like this really belongs.
