My understanding is that propane bottles are not to be used indoors... they have pressure relief valves... as the bottles warm the pressure builds inside and the valve can open, leaking propane inside the van :(

I don't think that would be too good...

Sure... for those few who would be willing to cut a hole in the outside of their slider door...

On the other hand.... I believe the Plat Cat was 6 inches thick to accomodate the venting system... perhaps if the venting went right out the back it would be engineered to be only 4" thick?
