Well intentioned Eric erroneously informed everyone that NOS means "New Old Stock" (new parts that never sold). I disagree. New Old Stock is an urban myth! From my experience I have to explain that it really tends to indicate (K)nicked-up Old S***. I agree with the new parts that never sold part.
