I dont think this would be a good move. You should put in the 2000cc engine. Take your old one in and have it rebuilt or send it to Boston Bob at www.Bostonengine.com. You wont regret him rebuilding your engine. He could even build it "up" a little for you fro higher performance. SeanG 95 EVC 80 Westy
