Subject: Update to "My van won't start"
Content-Type: text/plain

Well it started. After much help from all I checked and rechecked all possible problems with no real problem popping out to be "it". After one more look through and a fresh charge from the the battery charger, with a few cranks and adjusting the timing (which was misadjusted previously) it started to fire.

This still does not explain the reason why it did not start when I shut it off and would not start again. The good news is it only cost the price of a distributor cap, rotor, a bentley manual, and a tow. All in all around $90.

Again thanks for the advice from all who posted. I hope this is last of the problems for a while.
