See, I'm not sure it shows up with just a VOM reading. It has to be under current load. But, the difference was startling with my Corrado. I didn't know the difference until I did it. As a matter of fact, I SCOFFED, yes scoffed at a friend of mine who suggested to me it years ago.

I'm a convert now. I could SEE the difference ONLY after I made the modification. Until then, I thought my lights were at full brightness.

So, just another option.
