Subject: Vanagon coolant leak
Content-Type: text/plain

Hello all,

I'm new to Vanagons, just having bought an 88 Westfalia (and selling my 72 aircooled Westy). Here's my question:

I have small drips of what appears to be coolant (greenish tint) that is coming from mid-car, driver's side, right near the area of the propane input and output. It's dripping down through a small hole in the underside of the body. Where would this be coming from? There are no signs of coolant leakage at the engine. (Car has only 75K on it).

Thanks for any help and resources.

Tim T.
