James, Unfortunately there are a lot of differences between the SAE lights and the E-Code lights and there is no way of just swapping bulbs. The reflector and socket are completely different.

Why would one need new "shells" (buckets?) wouldn't the H-4s fit right where the SAE ones go? They do need a different connector however.
