Hi David, I lived in BC for almost ten years and never owned a chainsaw. Everyone else in the province seems to own three and whenever I needed one I was deluged with offers of both loaner chainsaws and --- most often -- offers to come over and do the work involved. BC folk just *love* their chainsaws. Get your Stihl working, sell it and your neighbours will take care of rest --- probably clearcut your yard in the process. Of course, you may just feel the same BC genetic need to own a chainsaw or two. Actually, I'm just jealous --- I wish I lived there still (or is that stihl). I should pack up my Westy (obligatory content) and move West. Cheers, Doug Alcock '84 Westy Toronto, Canada |
