I have a sanblasting cabinet that I built. I also have the $40 pot type. Whats the big deal? I sand blast anything with rust. The problem then becames what to do with it to prevent rusting again. Plating is what the fatory does most, and is the best. Ospho is a great rust inhibitor, thats what I use next, primer and paint. This is mainly for small parts that can be removed. If you are looking to clean the rust off the side of your Van, forget it. You need to strip and remove everything inside and out. Then sand gets everywhere, inside and out. clean up, then Ospho, prime and paint, reinstall everything. Easier buying a new vehicle.
