I use my flex breaker bar(1/2" drive) from Craftsman/Sears and a 6 point
19mm socket.  It's long enough to stand on and bounce if the nuts are
particularly testy about coming off.  And of course, a cheater pipe slides
over it right nicely if that doesn't work.  Lifetime guarantee but you'll
pay for it.
