Well, the first guy who came out couldn't get the lugs off because his breaker bar was locked up. Fine.

The second guy was still having trouble, so he had me step on the "+" shaped wrench to loosen them. They were on there like you wouldn't believe. I was using every one of my 200+ pounds to get them to move, jumping up and down with all my might. Finally they came off and away he went.

Kind of an idyllic setting for the first snowfall of the year.
