well, in any event I've been too cool running 3,000 btu summer camping in the mountains... others have recommended the 6,000 btu heater... and some swear by the 10,000 btu.... I have a 3,000 btu and want more... at least 6,000... you can always turn the bigger one down... but ya can't get more out of the smaller one;...
