Sharon,

I'll pass this along to you. Remove a exterior door lock by opening the door and removing the phillips head screw that's behind the weather strip, push the rubber strip aside with the screw driver, don't pull it out! Then gently pull the rear of the handle outward as you slide it rearward, the front end has a hook on it. With the lock in your hand, look at two round fingers pointing out about 1/4" in diamater. One of them has a number stamped on it, you'll need to clean it off abit to see it, use a green scratch pad. Take that number and the handle to a locksmith, not a hardware store, and they can cut a key from that. Make sure you get the right blank, the locksmith should know this.
