Subject:      throttling Westy water pump

The PO of our Westy put in a marine-grade freshwater pump, for which I am
grateful.  However, its flow it pretty strong so as to splash all over the
place.

Not being an electronics geek, how do I get the pump to run a bit slower?
Resister in-line...rheostat?
