I use 15-40 in the winter mos. supplimented with a quart of MMO, and 20-50, in the summer. Seems to be working out alright. I haven't had any starting problems here in the Chicago area, cause when we get the occasional artic blasts, I just plug my lower hose heater in. Fast starts, fast heat. And I keep the defroster control on, and what little heat that gets up front keeps my windshield pretty frost free.
