I am MOST pleased with my Stihl. I would buy nothing else. Their design has come a long way in 20 years. My neighbor has an older model, and I have a new 029. I am exceedingly happy with it. It runs like a top. After careful consideration, I purchased it over all closest competitors.

The name sells, true. But there is definitely quality backing it up. Just make sure you have a trustworthy retailer.
