You need GL-4 or MIL-2105 spec gear oil - if it doesn't say GL4 it isn't!
RedLine makes GL4 synthetic - never used it myself as I change my oil once a
year.  I used Texico GL-4.

hi all- getting ready to change the gearlube in the urabus- if you go with a
synthetic like mobile one, does it have to be rated gl4- or by virtue of it
being a synthetic,is the gl4-gl5 universal synthetic ok to run???  thanks
