Javier... why can't you get the head gaskets? I'm sure they could be shipped to you from the U.S.... will your country not allow them to be imported??

The problem with cool water up front in the radiator and hot water in the rear sounds to me like the water pump has gone bad... if the bearing froze and would not turn, then the alternator would not generate electricity and the battery/alternator light would come on at the same time.... this could also be caused by a broken belt... or broken alternator supports causing a loose belt...
