Ken; In desperation last week; I substituted a forty year old VW distributor, with points, in place of the (broken) hall-effect sensor distributor. Perfect fit. It got me to the painters in time. I did have to move the wires around 90º CW. I did switch back as soon as I got the right part. Thanks Robert!
