Since I am driving to Seattle in January for a wedding, and I have to cross the ever-treacherous Roger's Pass (not that high - only about 4400 feet, but is one of the worst places for avalanches closing the highway and that dangerous hill leaving Golden), I think chains might come in handy. Are the cable type ones adequate? Four wheels or two?
