Could you have a GFI wired into your bedroom circuit? GFI's are ground fault interrupters, normal looking outlets with small push buttons to make and break the current. They can trip off easily, being rather sensitive. Often they are wired to control ALL the outlets in a given room. If it's not that and you have only one circuit breaker box, I'd call an electrician. Could be something serious (dangerous).
