Hi Volks,

I am replacing the rear brake shoes on my 85 GL and I plan on taking the
rear wheel bearing housing off to inspect and grease the rear bearings. I
will follow Bentley's procedure.

I've done bearings on Type 1's before. Any pitfalls or tips for doing this
on a Vanagon?
