If the wipers still work it ain't the relay. Could be the motor but prolly not. Switch is likely (for high speed intermittent. Like I told you (I think it was you...) before, plug the wires into the switch for the rear blower and see what changes. The switches are identical. If you still have high but not medium or low, suspicion falls on the resistor which unfortunately *is* located inside the air box. But if you now have three speeds then it was the switch. The intermittent could be a loose connection or conceivably a bad ground (on one of the tab clusters above and left of the fuse/relay panel -- or it could quite likely be the switch.

I've written about this over and over in the last year or so -- unfortunately haven't time to dig it out now but it should all be sitting in the archives. Can one of you folks I've sent stuff to point this gentleman in the right direction?
