*ahem* ....

When we arrived in the US first, we went out & bought an '81 Country Homes Vanagon. Seemed like the sensible thing to do. Then Lynda 'got' a child (!) & we decided that the Vanagon had to go. Time to get something boring and sensible. We traded up for a nice Lexus ES250. All was well ...

Ever tried changing a diaper in the back of a 4-door Lexus? Doesn't work. At all! So the Lexus had to go. (Secretly, we were all relieved!). We traded it in for our '88 Wolfie van which we still have today, even tho' we've returned to Ireland & Katie's two years old now.

Vanagons - the only vehicle for those with kids & canines. 'nuff said! 8-)
