I've seen the AFM wiring cause this problem. Leaving the plug off the AFM box gives the same effect. Rough idle. Touch the gas pedal & it stalls immediately. Check the connector at the back of the AFM, as the wires can easily break off in the connector. Check also that the grounds to the block are all in place and are clean. Make sure your fuel pump is buzzing. The relays that control this are in the engine bay, on the left above the coil. Also check the fuel pressure thingy has its vacuum hose connected & that there are no hoses leaking on the air intake plenum ...
