Subject: rear tire looseness?

Okay, so while I was replacing the head gasket on my bus about 2 weeks ago [thanks all!] I noticed something about my rear passenger-side wheel. I bumped into it with my arm [wheel up off the ground] and notice a bit of shakiness. I gave it a couple more knocks [not hard] with my fist and noticed again. Felt like maybe the lug nuts where loose. But, when I checked them, the lugs where fine. Any ideas? Blown wheel bearings?

I have noticed a bit shakiness while sitting in the back seat, with my wife driving. But I figured that that what just due to her lead foot..... "Honey, remember you're driving a Vanagon. Yes, you can do 85, but....."

Anyways, I'll be replacing the front brakes this weekend, and I wanted to take a look at the rear wheels while I was at it.

Thanks,
