Subject: 82 westy value possible sale?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I am considering selling my westy, but I am still having trouble with the idea. Anyway I have attached some pics, it is a 1982 4 speed, has a VW rebuilt motor with less than 10k on it. The van it's self has around 127k miles on it. There is some minor rust on the front right behind the bumper and on the hatch, but nothing that would be hard to repair. The van also has a very good working gas heater that provides excellent heat. I had some body work done on the passenger side the previous owner had scraped the whole side of the van against something, so that side is not perfect as the body man didn't do a very good job but it is presentable as you can see in the pics. I'm just trying to find out what it is worth and if anyone is interested let me know. I am in the suburbs of Chicago.

Thanks Rob Wright
