Hermann,

Air Lift's disclaimer, weasle phrase, says something like don't exceed the maximium load rating of your vehicle. Within that guideline the bags will help your van ride more level which could reduce your tire wear problems.

I carry a lot of weight in/on my Westy i.e. bikes, camping equipment, Thule Weekender, when traveling in the summer. As a result, my rear tires wear off more on the inside. Would the lift kit help me?

Terry and list,

I've had these in since last fall. They work great. The right bag ruptured early this summer while I was away and my wife was using Roland for daily transportation. She also knocked the passenger side mirror off so there's no way to tell what abuse the bag took before rupturing. I called Air Lift and they replaced the bag for a $10 shipping and handling fee. No other problems have cropped up. I love being able to see things in the rear view mirror and the ruduced wallow in corners (with just 10psi in the bags).

>>I guess success is mine! The bags don't leak at all, the rear end of the van is sitting pretty, and rides like dream. I highly recommend them.
