Subject: Michelin MXT 205/70R14 Tire Report
Content-type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" ; format="flowed"

I think I may qualify as one of the first to purchase these tires, having done so four years ago. Since then, I've racked up 50K miles without incident. The wider, lower profile gives the van a nice, stable feeling. They are also considerably quieter than the Michelin 185 (XZX?) tires that I had mounted previously. I could probably put another 5K or so on the MXT's, but the rear tires are starting to get close to the wear indicators. I see no reason to argue with a good thing, so I'm replacing them with four more of the same. -- Ray Reinhard 232 Navigator Drive Scotts Valley, CA 95066 (831) 438-5198
