Replaced the O2 Sensor twice. No difference. Checked everything in the Bentley Manual. Everything.
Replaced just about everything anyway, just in case.

I agree with Tom and Darrell. Replace O2 sensor. The resistor
sounds like "fuzzy math".
Check your engine grounds carefully. A voltage drop across a bad
connection could interfere (add or subtract) with the O2 signal; just
like a resistor.
