Evening listees! My front end realignment went beautifully today & I got wonderful service from Monroe Tires in Santa Rosa, CA. The manager took my van under his wing & gave her special attention, making sure the nuts/bolts were properly torqued by hand, then removing the spare tire & oiling up the hinges, etc. I've opted for 35 lbs front/45 lbs pressure rear tires. My horn is sounding off when I turn the wheel hard left or right. I keep having to signal apology/bewilderment to other motorists/pedestrians. I cannot disconnect the horn--will *need* it badly south of the border! I am wondering what can (easily) be done about it. If anything. Perhaps this is exacerbated by the rain we've had? Cheers, Phaedra |
