Yes, it's true, and some bolts, brackets, fuel pressure regulator, etc. Thing is, the Golf/Jetta fuel rail (with attached regulator) fits perfectly, and would be a much safer setup than gluing adaptors onto the Vanagon injectors, and adding extra hoses. The Golf/Jetta fuel rail is all self-contained, one hose in, one out. I'm not sure why this setup it not included with the kit. It should be, IMO. Nor is an oxygen sensor, or wiring for same.
