It's 11 inches of water, properly called 11 inches of Water Column (W.C.). 27.5 inches of W.C. is approximately 1 psi ( pound per square inch), so 11 inches W.C = 0.4 psi 1 Bar = 14.4 psi. so that makes 11 in W.C = 0.028 Barr
