It's 11 inches of water. Check out: http://www.rvmobile.com/ Look under
the MISC link, you will see a gas manometer that will measure the
pressure.

You can also go to this page:
http://www.ex.ac.uk/cimt/dictunit/ccpress.htm
It will let you convert from inches of water to many other units.

11 inches of water = 27.4 milibars ,
