That blue 'bulb' is actually an LED. On most printed circuits, it is removeable from it's socket, which is soldered to the circuit. Pull and wiggle gently and it should pull out of the socket. Karl Mullendore Westy Ventures
----- Original Message ----- Hi All: I am having a problem with my blue indicator for the high beams. It is incredibly dim. Even in full darkness with the dash lights dimmed you can barely tell that the indicator is on. I pulled the dash expecting to find that the LED for the indicator had backed out and wasn't illuminating the blue lens, and to my surprise the expected LED appears to be a small light bulb instead. Does anyone have experience with this? From looking at the connector for this bulb it looks like the only way to replace it would be to replace the entire foil/cellophane printed circuit strip for the dash. Anybody got any suggestions?
