And speaking of Kirkland tires, does anyone know if, in addition to being "C" rated, they have reinforced sidewalls? I'm still pondering whether to order Michelin MXT 205/70R14s or find something else a bit cheaper (which the Kirklands are). Yes, I know I've been dragging out the process of buying new tires, but I've been out of the country, and besides, my '87 only handles poorly in turns and crosswinds. Otherwise, it's fine! I'm just about to replace my front and rear brakes, including disks and drums. I will let you know how difficult the rear drums are to remove. I'm mentally prepared for a challenge.
