I have a '91 GL and it shifts rough into second gear when it's cold.  Once
the engine warms it shifts fine.  The first ride of the morning is very hard
to get second gear to engage without grinding, it also takes a bit of force
to get it in.  i have replaced the clutch master cylinder under the dash and
it made no improvement.  Does anyone have any guesses as to why it's so hard
to shift when it's cold?  Once it warms it's like butter...
