Absolutely agree. I had these on my previous Vanagon and they were fantastic, plus they are rated M+S (at least here in Europe) so you get some extra traction on mud & snow.

(for my current van I have separate sets of summer & winter tires so I will probably be getting Continentals as my next set of summer tires. They get very good reviews in German tests).
