funny thing today,drove my 81 westy 50 miles to the nearest large town and had a real fluke of an expereince.pulled into home depot and up pulled a 90'ssomething caravan.im loading the van up and this fairly good looking woman30- 40's,pulled in beside me and asked me"why in the hell would you drive such a (4letter word)..useless peice of..well you know.so in pure shock i opened my mouth and replied'whatdo you mean?she replied"my town and country is the most practical and versitale minivans in the world".and i dont like seeing these old euro trash l"embassy bomb wagons-(yes...in public!!!!)in my fair city.guys im sorry i was just to shocked to really fire back at her,but i did say -well,ill say this,the next time you go to spend 35000 dollars on a pregnant iacocca roach, at least ask him to install REAL WOOD on your van.you see lady vw cared enough to make my van with actual wood for my tables,cabinets sink...etc,etc..she left in quite a hoot,but life goes on.a real fluke today...just a little story from north florida. P>S can i convert my table bracket to accomadate a 50.cal machine gun.....just kidding THIS LIST RULES!!!t.dowell
