This was covered two days ago except putting it back on. Simply all the screws do is to hold four little tabs spread apart in their holes. Remove the screws then pull the grill off. Reinstall by carefully guiding the 4 little tabs on each mounting point back into the holes then insert the screws to spread them appart.
