Subject:      Heater Fan Question

I am in the process of troubleshooting no front heater fan.  I have a
question on where specifically does the red/black wire connect.  It is
currently screwed in under a ground connection.  The bently manual places
it on the fuse panel.  Where it goes there is not a connector for it.
Any advice?
