They were 4" in my 90 Westy Syncro. But now I have 5" speakers... after cutting bigger holes.

My suggestion is to not buy from Crutchfield... their prices are not any lower and you have to pay shipping... most importantly, if you are picky about the sound you can't listen to them in a catalogue... It's true that anything that Crutchfield sells will be better than the stock speakers... but that's not saying much... there is a big difference from one brand of speaker to another.... some of it subjective, but could be important to you....

I suggest you go to a store like the Good Guys or Best Buy... they have walls of speakers that you can listen to and compare.... the only way to get the sound that you like best.... other than luck...
